Police brutality can be said as misconduct and is the use of excessive force.  Police are recruited or appointed for keep the society peaceful and protect people from injustice. The duty of the police officer is to protect people from the mishap and arrest the ones who are doing illegal activities. However, many times police brutality is observed. The police brutality includes false arrest, racial profiling, prison injury, excessive use of force, improper or illegal searches or even sexual abuse. Let the reason be anything, but Police brutality is illegal and are punishable by law. The police officers do have certain rights and they should know the limits of their rights.

In simple language, police brutality attorney is an act where the police officers misbehave or mistreat the citizens and hence the action can be taken by the law against such police officers. There can be various forms of such misconduct or police brutality act. Legally, police have the right to use force if an individual does something wrong or provokes but again, the use of force should not be excessive.
